Overview

Hallowed Gear (referred to here as "we," "us," or "Hallowed Gear") operates the website at hallowedgear.com. By browsing the shop, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay — we honor the price as shown once your card has been authorized, even if a price is later changed on the site.

Product imagery is rendered on every device slightly differently. Colors may vary between your monitor and the actual DTG-printed garment; that variance is industry-standard for print-on-demand apparel and is not grounds for a return unless the shirt itself is materially misprinted.

Every garment is produced on demand. We do not hold finished inventory, so size availability can change without notice.

Ordering & Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe. When you submit checkout, Stripe authorizes your card for the order total and we route the order to Printful. We do not capture (charge) the authorization until production is queued; if something goes wrong before that point we cancel and release the hold.

You agree to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an address you entered incorrectly.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Printful produces and ships every order from its facility in Charlotte, NC. After payment clears, plan on roughly 8 business days for production plus transit — 3–7 business days inside the US, 7–14 business days internationally.

A tracking number is emailed the moment your order leaves the facility. Once transferred to the carrier, delivery is outside our direct control.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees assessed on delivery.

Returns & Damages

Because every garment is printed to order, we do not accept returns for fit change of mind — the size chart on each product page is the contract you agree to at checkout. If a shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, or with a wrong print, email support@hallowedgear.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo; we reprint and ship a replacement at no cost.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Resell the prints as-is. The artwork is original Hallowed Gear work licensed for personal wear of the printed garment, nothing more. Tearing a print off the shirt and reselling it is a violation of these terms and our intellectual-property rights.

Scrape the site. No automated crawling of the shop or product pages, no harvesting of imagery, no scraping of pricing or inventory data.

Place fraudulent orders. If Stripe flags a transaction as fraudulent, we'll cancel it. Repeated fraud attempts result in the email, address, and card fingerprint being blocked from future orders.

Try to circumvent rate limits or security controls. The Brotherhood email signup, the checkout endpoint, and the wear-submission form are rate-limited for everyone's protection.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, photography, copy, and the "Hallowed Gear" name and cross-mark are original Hallowed Gear intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to wear the printed garment you bought and to display it on your own social media for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any order is capped at the total you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by Printful, the shipping carrier, customs authorities, or any third-party processor listed in our Privacy Policy, including but not limited to service interruptions, carrier delays, customs holds, and payment-processor outages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
