Information We Collect

Email signups: When you join the Brotherhood from the footer or checkout, we record the email address (and optional metal sub-genre preference) you submit to POST /api/subscribers. We use this to send new-drop announcements and brimstone-tinted marketing emails — never sold, never shared.

Order & payment metadata: When you place an order, your name, shipping address, order contents, and a Stripe payment identifier are stored in our database so we can route your garment to Printful for fulfillment and email you tracking. We do not store your full card number — that lives only with Stripe.

Server-side analytics: Each page request emits a single-pixel Polsia beacon (with a randomly generated visitor ID in your browser's localStorage) so we can see which drops land and which don't. No third-party tracking beyond what's listed below.

Conversion tracking: Hallowed Gear uses Meta Pixel to measure checkout conversion. Page views, the checkout form submission, and completed purchases are reported to Meta in aggregated form so we can tune our ad spend.

How We Use Your Information

Order fulfillment: to route your print to Printful, generate a shipping label, and email tracking.

Transactional emails: order confirmation, tracking, and the post-purchase Brotherhood welcome — you get these because you ordered, not because you opted into marketing.

Optional marketing: new-drop announcements and sub-genre-tuned picks, only if you joined the Brotherhood. Every email contains a clear unsubscribe path.

Analytics & conversion measurement: aggregated, never sold or shared.

Third-Party Processors

Stripe — payment processing. Your card details never touch our servers. Stripe's privacy practices: stripe.com/privacy.

Printful — print-on-demand fulfillment. We forward your name and shipping address to Printful, and they produce and ship your order. Printful's privacy practices: printful.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Meta (Facebook Pixel) — conversion measurement for our ad campaigns. Meta may use the PageView + Purchase events to optimize ad delivery. You can opt out via your Facebook ad preferences.

Polsia — analytics (the single-pixel beacon referenced above) and R2 file storage for our product imagery. Polsia does not see payment or order data.

Cookies & Tracking

We use a minimal set of cookies: a Stripe session cookie so checkout stays connected to your cart, the Polsia visitor ID in localStorage, and Meta Pixel cookies set by connect.facebook.net. We do not place advertising cookies ourselves. Blocking these cookies will not break your ability to browse the shop, but checkout and conversion measurement may degrade.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold on you — order history, subscriber record, or both. Email support@hallowedgear.com with the address you ordered (or signed up) under and we'll action it within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from Brotherhood emails using the link at the bottom of any message we send — that one-click removal is honored immediately.
