Ordering

How does ordering work?

Pick your size and color, add to cart, check out. We use Stripe for secure card payment — no account required. Every order is routed to Printful for print-on-demand production the moment payment clears.
When is my card charged?

Your card is authorized at checkout. We only capture funds once your order is in the fulfillment queue. If something is wrong with your order before production, we cancel and release the hold.
Do you restock sold-out sizes?

Because every piece is print-on-demand, sold-out sizes typically come back within a few days. Join the Brotherhood from the footer and we will email you the moment a restock lands.

Where do these ship from?

Printful’s US facility in Charlotte, NC — orders inside the US typically arrive 3–7 business days after production.
How long does the whole process take?

Plan on roughly 8 business days for production plus 3–7 business days for shipping. We email a tracking number the second your order leaves the facility.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes — Printful reaches most countries. International shipping typically adds 7–14 business days and any customs duties are paid by the buyer on delivery.

How does your sizing run?

Our tees and hoodies are unisex and run true to size. If you are between sizes or want a relaxed metal fit, size up. A full Printful size chart is linked on every product page.
Are the shirts boxy or fitted?

Classic straight cut, definitely not skinny. Halo heavyweight tees are a thicker cotton with a roomy shoulder; hoodies are a standard pullover fit.

What is the print like — will it crack or peel?

Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing with water-based inks, cured into the fabric. It holds up to regular washes when you flip the shirt inside-out and skip high heat drying.
What material are the shirts?

Halo heavyweight tees are 100% combed ringspun cotton, 5.3 oz. Hoodies are a cotton / polyester fleece blend. See each product page for the exact Printful spec.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

Monitor color varies, but the DTG process reproduces the artwork consistently across runs. Slight differences between blank-garment batches are normal industry variance.

What if my shirt arrives wrong or damaged?

Email us at support@hallowedgear.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We reprint and ship a replacement at no cost — your call, no restocking fee.
Can I return a shirt that just doesn’t fit?

Because every shirt is printed to order, we can’t resell it, so we don’t accept fit-change returns. That’s why the size chart lives on every product page and we encourage measuring a shirt you already love.
